I initially didn't wanna blog but I think I'll regret it when I hit my bed. So here I go (i'm kinda sleepy now but i don't wanna sleep. you know, those kinda feelings).

Saturday after work at Hock Lam again, went off to Marina Barrage. Xueyao suggested I take bus service 700 'cos there's a direct bus to somewhere in Marina. Thinking of saving money trying to avoid taking an (i'mmrt at all cost), I went to take the bus.

And I landed at Singapore Flyer. And then me wanna act smart aleck trying to get to Marina Barrage without having to go to Marina MRT and taking the shuttle bus, I got "lost". I know where I am, but I just don't know how to get there. You know.

Fed-up with myself for not asking Xueyao more, cabbed down and freaking waste one and a half hour of my pay. Knnbccb. BUT, I managed to get there before sun set so that's a three cheers for me.

(wah i god damn happy when i saw jasmine lah! that day went to look for her, she in HQ for NPAP instead. you better give me a ticket ah i tell you heh heh)

Spruce work later on. Omg. It's like .. I don't know? Fast? Scary? HAHAHA. Well maybe I'm thinking too much. But I definitely gonna miss Hock Lam.

dora is so happy

Dora the Explorer is so happy during work today (or more like yesterday since it's way past midnight lol wth). 'cos FINALLY, I get to work the same timing as Shireen! But actually, no sia. Catherine sms-ed me wrongly but still, I'm glad she did. HEHE.

And I don't know why but I was still so happy all the way at work. Boss let us eat Hock Lam Beef again! SLICED BEEF AND BEEF BALL KWAY TEO DRY FTW. \m/

But sigh, the thought of leaving Hock Lam really saddens me. I really love Hock Lam like ttm lah! Such a nice place. But .. aiyoo see how manz. Or maybe the next poly break or something if I've got nothing on and need work, I'll definitely go back to Hock Lam. (L)

And the best thing is, no, I ain't quitting Hock Lam. Three cheers to me! And Shireen! We're only coming back on weekends to help out. So yeah. Weekends at Hock Lam and weekday at Spruce. I hope I'm enjoying this. :D

And just now before to work, I went back to school to "check out" on NPCC. Aiyah, main aim is actually go there to have lunch with Shufen and then head to work. But I was late HAHAHA. And Shufen made me do something. You better let me come to ___ ah Shufen. I help you already okay. HEHE.

Yesterday at work, I made a daring move by telling my boss that Sunday was my last day of work. O:

So yeah, I'll be leaving Hock Lam and move on to Spruce. I feel really really guilty. Because I love Hock Lam really a lot. Even though yesterday was only my fifth day, I feel really attached to the place already.

Where can you find a place where the boss and managers joke with you? Where can you find a place where we sometimes gossip about the customers? Where can you find a place where the boss place a bet with you on a customer's order? Where can you find a place where where the manager treats you bubble tea? Where can you find a place where the manager call me a Dora (okay this is redundant HAHAHA)?

Okay enough joke.

So yeah, the worst thing is, I had to lie to them that I'll be working for my aunt at Tuas. I can't possibly tell them that, "Sorry, I'll be leaving you 'cos you paid me five bucks only," right? No choice but to lie -.-! (saying that is just so bloody rude please)

And second worst thing is when the boss keep teasing that, "David, don't give her any food. Your Dora is leaving the planet for seven dollars per hour job."

( O: HOW THE HELL DID SHE KNOW SPRUCE IS PAYING ME SEVEN DOLLARS PER HOUR? I swear I didn't tell her anything!)

But then, I don't mind working on Sundays only, plus full shift. I need the money I earned on Sundays (if i still can work there) to pay for my transportation fees lah!

Bloody hell. Transport are so expensive. So much about "Let's Save the Earth. Use Public Bus Instead." campaign. How am I gonna save the Earth when I can't even save myself?!

wtf to this

Actually yesterday was my off day. I'm so happy 'cos Channel 5 is airing CSI : Miami Season 7 episode one. But then, Richard called to replace him for work. Then, I realise actually is replaced Kelvin. So, that means I'm gonna miss my CSI. But it's okay 'cos I know I'm making more bucks.

I'm still up now because I wanted to watch CSI badly. Like for real. But then I don't know Channel 5 airing season six or seven (i only knew it 4 minutes ago) so I Googled season six and wait for it to load and do other things meanwhile.

When everything ended, I realised I load the wrong season. WTFWTFWTFWTFWTFWTFWTF ttm lah! I waited it to load so long, only to realise load wrong season. Grr.

See lah you Kelvin, make me miss my CSI only. You better treat me to Hock Lam one day. :D

And this is also the reason I don't like watching movies/shows online. /:

And because of this, I wasn't really myself at work yesterday. I think boss can sense it lah. She even asked if I was okay for the two or three times. Haiz.

Hearing one beep instead of two beeps feels ultra weird. It's like, one hour of pay goes to my transportation fees everyday. But I'm smart enough to use 55 cents instead. So far, no bus drivers ask me for my ez-link card yet. :P

Sometimes the only thing we need to do
is to just stop and breathe deep for a while.

I didn't sleep the whole night because I was anxious to know where I'm posted to. Somewhere before six in the morning, my mum barged into my room and nagged the whole way till six plus because I was still not asleep.

Had a lil' cold war in the morning with parents. I don't wanna tell them I can't sleep 'cos I'm waiting for the JAE posting results. So I just kept quiet and do the household chores (again). HAHAHAHA (i'm such a filial daughter).

But everytthing stopped and changed when I went to get my handphone. I received three SMSes and my heart literally sank.

MOE: SOFIA AINI, you are posted to NGEE ANN POLY, MECHATRONIC ENGINEERING (N50) under 2010 JAE.

And I was like, holy fcuk?! I got my butt in Ngee Ann? I mean, hell yeah I was happy that I got my butt into Ngee Ann but Mechatronic Engineering? Well, I don't really want that course 'cos I really want a media course in NP lah. So yeah.

The next thing in my mind was to sent out that message to close ones. Got some shocking news as well. And yeah. That was all about it. But I was still satisfied though. If this is what the Man up there wants me to do, I shall. (:

Have breakfast with family and then only manage to sleep at nine. Woke up at four plus and got more messages coming in as well. Wash up and I faced the computer the whole day again. But this is where I got more information, right?

So now, I currently knew that Radzi, Mifdhal and Yongthai are in the same course as me. And seeing those three names + Sufi saying I'm a brave girl for taking that course + Waikun and Jinzhou's remarks about girls there, I'm really starting to think what will school be like.

Will I be the only (or the only few) girls in my class? How many girls are there in my class? What will the boys gonna react like?

I really started to ask myself these questions and panic a little. According to this website, my course apparently have 105 students and COP is still standing at 23 points. So my guess would be there's around 20 girls (according to last year's class, i think)?

Will this year have more girls, or less girls pursuing this course? I guess I'll just have to wait for April then.

But currently, I can't wait for mails from Ngee Ann! (:
